frankq81 ... I am on the west coast of Florida about 40 miles north of Tampa. I do website design and have several Chinese massage establishments that I have designed and maintain their sites for them. A few are always eager to give the HE (sometimes without even asking) while others will only watch you do it yourself. If there is a strong emphasis on "Professional Services Only" you can bet you're going to do it yourself. If there is no mention of that you have a better chance on having it done for you. I have covered from Brooksville Florida area to as far south as Sanibel Island in Florida doing web design for massage venues so I can only speak for those areas. I do know the 3 areas in Florida, Jacksonville, Miami and Orlando, have the most HE locations available. They offer the most places to get a HE due to their high tourist strength and income.

No matter where you go, the easiest way to check it out is to find a place near your location and go in and get a massage. I highly suggest you do this each time you go in.
